Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind will be hosting their Howl-O-Ween Dance, on Saturday, October 29^th from 7 pm until midnight at the Smiths Falls Curling Club, in Smiths Falls. The dance is a licensed 19+ event and features a costume contest with cash prizes, thanks to the support of one of the event’s sponsors, Famous Footwear.

$300 will be awarded at the event for Best Costume and an additional $200 for Most Original Costume. Tickets to the dance include mid-evening hors d’oeuvres, and the event will also feature prizes, games and a 50/50. Tickets are $20 per person and are available for purchase, cash only, at Special Greetings, 8 Russell Street East in Smiths Falls, or through the Smiths Falls Curling Club. 

Tickets are limited and will only be sold in advance. All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind to support their mission to provide greater freedom and mobility to all Canadians.

Join us at this well-anticipate event to celebrate an extremely fun and busy season here at Chaffeys Lock.

Doors open at 7:30 with the first half hour dedicated to members of the popular music world who left us since our last Video Dance in 2019: Helen Reddy, Tom T Hall, Meatloaf, Johnny Nash, and Loretta Lynn. Video requests begin at 8pm. Add your request to the Chaffeyslocksrocks facebook page.
