We begin the day with this brief workshop to get your energy flowing through gentle movement and complete it with a meditative memory retention exercise.

The Courage of Compassion
In this workshop you will learn the correlations between courage and self-compassion. With this key component life flows with passion and excitement. Without out it… anxiety and depression. You will come away with strategies and tips to help renew your hope that change is not only attainable but occurs in ways you least expect.
Some of the key points will be having the courage to take a chance and having the courage to be who you are. You will benefit by being inspired and confident to practice self care on a regular basis.

Embodied Goddess – Connecting with Our Bodies
In this workshop you will learn how to reconnect with your body and why it is so critical to our health, especially as women. In the second half of the workshop we will move our bodies in a wonderfully invigorating fusion fitness class that includes dance, yoga-style stretching and Pilates! No experience necessary and appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one), workout clothes, water and running shoes.

Journeying: Your Dreams and Creativity
We will guide you to a deeper understanding of the power of dreams as the voice of your unconscious – how dreams serve as a guide to reaching your potential and finding your purpose. You will be provided with tools to help you remember and document your dreams. Then, through music and other forms of creative expression, we will have fun discovering new ways to tap into and actualize the personalized resources of our nightminds while awake.

In this two-hour workshop, learn why meditation is so important in today’s hectic world, and learn meditation techniques that you can use in your everyday life. In the second half of the workshop, experience a wonderfully restorative yoga-style stretching and relaxation class. Please bring workout clothes and a yoga mat if you have one.

In this workshop Cheryl Shurtliffe shares her personal journey through the depths of burnout, the signs and symptoms, the price one pays when ignoring these signs, tips for regaining control and strategies for recovery to a happier and healthier future because of burnout.
