Antipasta. Cured meats, vegetables with bagna cauda, cheese, olives, crusty bread with Garofoli Rosso Conero Piancarda (Montepulciano, red)
Grilled Swordfish Skewers. Italian salsa verde, on asparagus linguine with Garofoli Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Macrina (white)
Rustic Margherita Pizza. Mozzarella, basil, olive oil, marinara sauce with Rivera Salice Salentino (Negroamaro, red)
Arancini. Stuffed risotto balls with sausage, herbs, Parmesan with Donnafugata Sherazade (Nero d’Avola, red)
Cannoli with Gelato. With Donnafugata Ben Ryé (Moscato d’Alessandria, sweet red)
