1 p.m. Commencement of Canada Day
Celebration at the Rideau District Museum with the Colour party of the Royal Canadian Legion, Brach 542

1:15 p.m. 13th Annual Bicycle Parade
Leaving the Rideau District Museum. A wonderful way to celebrate Canada’s Birthday. Decorate your bicycle with red & white and proudly ride throughout town!

2-8 p.m. Biggun Amusements
Featuring Spiderman…12 & under!
Giant Slide Fun…12 & up!

Children’s Summer Art Program – Artemisia Gallery

Artemisia Children Summer Art ProgramArtemisia Gallery in Westport will run a five-week summer art program for children and teens ages 7-15.

Classes will be held weekly, Wednesdays for ages 7-10, and Fridays for ages 11-15, from 2-4 PM beginning June 30th. Each class will cost $10 per child. Young children will complete one craft project each class, while teens will either create art or participate in creative problem solving activities.

Space is limited. To reserve space for your child or request more information, call 613-273-8775, or stop by Artemisia Gallery, 7 Spring Street, Westport.
